FreeStyle® is a popular brandname of Abbott's glucometers, lite and small. The first in this line was FreeStyle, which is out of production and replaced by newer models. Exclusive feature of the Abbott FreeStyle family is Virtually-No-Pain because of the very small blood sample. Below is a list of modern glucose meter models that present on the USA market today.

In fact there are 3 models - Abbott Freestyle Freedom, Abbott Freestyle Lite and Insulinx. The Lite and Freedom use the same strip. The Freedom glucometer is the most popular.
